Faced with the encompassing hold of childhood sorrows and dysfunctional upbringing that haunts his days, a man finds himself transcending beyond the borders of reality as he comes face-to-face between the blurred lines of cosmic intervention and his conscious intention, hoping to come out not as the man he used to be, but the man he is still becoming, for himself and his loved ones.
Synopsis:
Now living in a life of abundance, acceptance, remorse, hope, and unyielding presence, I realized that, all my life, I was never caught unless I gave up—until I was taken.
This book tells about the lost time, bright lights, and the mothership. I could not say I was a good person nor was I honest. I was pieced together by the love I rarely get but made ironclad by my life’s journey through the dark corners of my past. Regardless, in 2013, I was abducted for the first time. I still faintly remember a deep voice through the trees calling my name, “Angelo” as a round light swelling like a second moon fluoresced the entirety of the expanse in which I stood shaken. Then stillness, faded to nothingness. It was as if the universe or something outside of it held a mirror to my soul and said: Now do better.
